**The Open Call launches on September 9, 2026, operating as a continuously open scheme until May 3, 2028. The timeline features four distinct evaluation Cut-off Dates in** * 12 November 2026 (Month 8) * 5 May 2027 (Month 14) * 3 November 2027 (Month 20) * 3 May 2028 (Month 26) The scope focuses on stimulating bottom-up, regional cohesion through three Funding Instruments: * Joint Regional Innovation Actions (Funding Instrument 1), * Collaborative Uptake of Results (Funding Instrument 2), * People-to-People Cooperation Projects (Funding Instrument 3). **The maximum grant amount:** * Funding Instrument #1: Small Grants for Joint Regional Innovation Actions - up to EUR 8,000 per third-party project (with a strict limit of up to EUR 4,000 per individual consortium partner) * Funding Instrument #2: Small Grants for Collaborative Uptake of Results - up to EUR 8,000 per third-party project (with a strict limit of up to EUR 4,000 per individual consortium partner) * Funding Instrument #3: Small Grants for People-to-People Cooperation Projects - up to EUR 5,000 per mobility grant based on the budget included in the application form (with a strict limit of up to EUR 4,000 per individual consortium partner). The total amount you list will be fixed and will determine the grant you’ll receive. The funding rate is up to 80% of the budget included in your application form. This means you must cover the remaining 20% from your own resources (co-funding), which must be clearly demonstrated in the budget of your application form. The grant will be paid as a lump sum. **All applications must be submitted digitally via the user-centric FundingBox Open Call management tool - OnePass. Proposals should be written in English and rigidly adhere to cross-border consortium requirements.**
